Latest code snapshot

Code snapshots will be posted occasionally as bugs are fixed, and/or other improvements are made.
 
The downloads page will be updated with a link as each snapshot is posted, with the release date appended to the end of the filename (e.g., mapchat2_yyyymmdd.tar.bz2).
