New snapshot (20100219) to fix compatibility with MapServer 5.6.x

The latest snapshot includes a minor fix that enables compatibility with MapServer 5.6.0.
As indicated in the migration guide, changes were made that required modifications to the querying functions in MapScript.  This was preventing any non-shapefile layers from returning results (e.g., User Drawings layers).  This version accounts for this, but should it includes a version check that should accommodate the older method for compatibility with versions of MapServer before 5.60.
