New snapshot (20100709) - fixed warnings; minor styling fixes; updated jQuery UI (1.8.2) and Zend library (1.10.6)

Here's the latest snapshot of code for MapChat 2.  This is likely to be what will be later declared as an official 2.0 beta release.  New features and/or any other more significant changes will follow in any subsequent 2.x releases, orperhaps in a 3.0 release.  The updates in this snapshot include:
 
- Fixed a potential PHP notice associated with the MapChat_Captcha library, that may corrupt AJAX responses.
- Fixed some minor styling issues that were still present following the previous upgrade to the jQuery UI 1.8 series.
- Updated to the stable jQuery 1.8.2 release
- Updated the Zend library to 1.10.6
